A/C compressor spare part for Sanden P31332533
I am the owner of a Volvo XC60 (MY 2014, B6304T4, 3.0 T6), VIN YV1DZ90H6E2520062. The vehicle was manufactured in 2013 and is the European variant.
I am seeking a replacement A/C compressor. The installed unit is the original Sanden P31332533 (1686P), which I understand may be related to PXC16. I know Volvo has sourced compressors from Sanden and Valeo, and parts are not cross‑compatible. Instead of using Volvo’s service and incurring costs exceeding €1,000, I would appreciate guidance on suitable substitutes. Specifically, are
Mahle ACP 905 000S
and
Nissens 89462
viable options for my XC60? If so, which would you recommend? I am unable to buy Sanden part in my region. Thank you.
