Does the software update fix battery issue?
I’m getting my 2023 back today and they say they recharged the TCAM and updated software and it shouldn’t happen again. They advised to drive once a week. I’ve seen a person or two say they had an issue after the software problem but did it fix the issue for a majority of people?

After having had my XC60 for almost 3 weeks, my dealer was only able to advise to drive 15min a week or connect a trickle charger, when giving it back to me. The dealers are just as much in the dark as their long suffering customers regarding this dead car issue.
I’ve now had to regrettably sacrifice $100 to buy a charger, and keep the battery charging constantly, in order to try and have a reliable car that will start when I need it – complete madness… I have to laugh that I’ve actually purchased a B5 Mild-Hybrid ‘EV’ in disguise – Volvo just need to now include a built-in 12v charging point for plugging in our trickle chargers!
Geez louise' what a crazy situation I have got myself into owning this car - you couldn't make it up!
