Default Does a start stop ignition change require reprogramming

The key fobs work, however the car doesn't always eject it. This renders the key fobs useless until it does work. The car will always start and stop regardless. I purchaced the start stop ignition reciever. It seems to be a simple 3 bolt change. I assume that the car will still recognize the keys once I change the piece. However, I'm not sure and I need a working car. I do not want to spend a fortune reprogramming keys. Does anyone know if a do this simple step. Will the car recognize its own keys. Or will the original keys need to be reprogrammed. Thank you
