Engine temperature too loow
I have a problem with the engine not warming up. Volvo XC60 2010, D3 2.0 On the highway, the coolant temperature is 70 degrees Celsius. Oil temperature is 80 degrees Celsius. When driving calmly in the city, the oil temperature is 60 degrees Celsius and the coolant temperature is 58 degrees Celsius.
According to my knowledge, this is too low. 90 degrees Celsius is probably the minimum when driving in traffic. I replaced the thermostat with a new one. No change. Various OBD apps show the same values. I measured the radiator hoses with a thermal imager. The result is similar to the temperature in the OBD apps.
When the car sits for 30 minutes with the engine running, I can easily touch the radiator hoses, so I can feel the temperature is low. What could be the cause of an engine that's too cold?
