I am close to buying an XC60 but have two last questions that the dealer hasn't been too helpful on.

1)Is there any aftermarket telematics that can be added? Basically I want the car to call 911 in case of a crash. It seems you can't add Onstar FMV and the State Farm one isn't offered in my state (NJ). Are there any other options?

2)Why aren't there rear side torso airbags? The Rx has these and must say they are reassuring as we have car seats and have read they are much more helpful than the curtains bc they are positioned lower. Does Volvo offer these on any car? (US or elsewhere)
