Is this a good price 2018 "Program Car"
Wife and I are considering a Volvo XC60, we found a 2018 at our local dealer and they keep referring to it as a Program car, it has a little over 2k miles. The MSRP is $50,855. They are offering it at $46,200, but also offering me about 2k more than I thought I would get on trade (yes I know I complicated things with a trade)...
It is a AWD T5 Momentum with the Convenience Package, Vision Package, Advanced Package, Heated Seats and Steering wheel, Sport Wheel, Metallic Paint, and 20" Momentum Wheels. Thanks for any input!

did you try pricing it out on KBB.com? 4K under MSRP is not really a lot considering its an end of model year, but for 2K miles, its hardly used. Personally if you like the car but are willing to walk away, you can negotiage a little harder. Another strategy is to use a service like Auto Trader to see what other dealers have similar models (new and used program cars) and call them - particularly out of state dealers who know they can't get you into the showroom unless they talk a good deal to start.
