"Key not found" message while the engine is on
Hi All,
I own a 2021 Volvo XC60 T5 model. I am seeing a "key not found" message when the key is already inside the car (happens with both keys). This issue is mostly noticed when the passenger opens the passenger door or opens the trunk while the engine is on. If the car is turned off while the message is displayed, the car would not turn on again. The work around is to lock the car, wait for a few seconds and unlock the car again using the same key. I took the car to service. They change the batteries on both the keys but I still see this issue with both the keys. Any solutions/suggestions?
Thank you
