Key won't connect to correct driver's profile
My key won't stay synced to my driver profile on my 2020 XC60. Whenever I start my car, it connects to my wife's driver profile.
When I set my key to my driver's profile, it will correctly connect to my driver's profile every time I start the car until my wife uses her key again. As soon as my wife uses her key once, my key will suddenly stop connecting to my driver's profile and start connecting to hers.
Does anyone else have this issue and know the solution?

Are both of your key fobs the same color? I have a 2021 and I had to get the orange fob reprogrammed to be a standard key because it was delivered with two fobs: a black one that is regular, and an orange one that is a Care-key. And the Care-key has some limitations about what can be programmed for settings. It's really there for you to be able to provide to a teen driver. But, one of the 'features' is that if you have the orange Care Key, then it is always given priority if it is present in the vehicle. Once you get both of the set to be normal keys, then the profiles should work ok. In my case, there was still some warranty on the vehicle when I bought it this year, and there was a bulletin about the 2021 vehicles and the CARE key such that they reflashed it for free under that bulletin.
