Default Knocking feeling and noise when engine engages

Hi I recently bought a 2011xc60 3.2l non turbo version. When I start the car and engage in any gear R or D my foot on the accelerator pedal feels a knocking and a metal knocking/clicking sound comes from right about that part under the hood. So front left side. It only happens once if I stop and restart immediately it doesn’t happen again.

I’m able to reproduce the problem after leaving the car for about 10 minutes and letting it cool down. What might be the issue. I looked at the forum extensively a recurrent question is rattling noises when driving in low speed but this is different from that.

Thanks for any response/ideas.

Could be a sagging/broken right engine mount or a broken "dogbone"
