Hi All

Got tires changed the recently (@ non Volvo dealership) Notice after that the plastic caps over the wheel bolts (lug nuts) spins freely now. (only 2), the rest iare still locked. Is this normal for spinning caps? Went to Volvo dealer, says this is a security feature but i hesitant in believing that line. So why are the rest nut caps locked with the lug nut bolt?
