Squeaks after gear up

Squeaks after gear up
Hello!
I have an issue with my engine, a D5. My problem is that, when my engine has its work temp, and I accelerate up over 2000rpm and then it gear up, I can hear a squeak for like 1-3 seconds after each gear. Or, when I accelerate and I take away my foot from the gas, I can also hear a squeak. Do you have any idea what it can be? I've been cruising around with this problem for like 3-4 months. I've changed the alternator belt, and also the belt tensioner, and the squeak is still there...I will send a video also on it, and I hope you can hear it, you should hear it after 35km/h or after 8 seconds in the video. ( works best with headphones )
