We are thinking of replacing my wife's 2009 A4 Avant with an XC60 or a BMW X3. Local independent dealer has two XC60s for sale for $16,000. One is a 2015.5 with 68,000 miles and the other a 2016 with 85,000 miles. They are both FWD drive cars with similar options (cloth seats, no sunroof). I have had many volvos over the years (740,850, V70, XC70), all of which (other than the 740) had five cylinder turbo motors. I have done a bit of online searching and have not been able to find out much information about the new 4 cylinder turbos. Looking for advice about the longevity of the new motors (is 85k a ton of miles), etc.
