Default Vibration through throttle pedal

hello.

I own a 2013 XC60 D5 R design with 63000 miles on the clock. I purchased the car from a Volvo dealership in January 2017

I have recently had a new power steering rack fitted under warranty as the steering was pulsing while turning a corner. Even pulsed while stationary and turning the wheel

since the repair I have noticed a slight vibration / grinding feel through the throttle
pedal. And also the brake brake pedal.

It does not seem to do it on a perfectly smooth new section of tarmac.

Has any one had the same problem

many thanks.

No it doesn't. It's a constant.

I don't think it's a rotational vibration. It's almost like something is rubbing the bulk head and transmitting vibrations through the pedals.

If you go over a more rough surface it is worse.

And it is only since the steering rack was replaced.

It's very strange.

Did you resolve this problem? What was the cause? I am experiencing something like this on my 2011 XC60, 61,000 miles but when I took it to the Volvo Service, the mechanic did not feel the vibration in the pedals whenever he drove it. I appreciate your help.

Hello

I also took my car to a Volvo garage and they also didn’t not find anything or could not feel the vibration

I still have this issue. I don’t think the technicians can feel the vibration due to the work boots they wear.

I have noticed that I cannot feel it when I wear my work boots.

Sorry i can’t help you with this.

Joseph
