Default water in footwell

Hi: I have a 2015 XC60. Yesterday I was changing the in cabin filter and when I pulled back the carpeting I noticed the foam was wet.
This is on the passenger side. Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks

If it smells like coolant, check your heater core and coolant level, which I hope isn't leaking on a 6 y old car, but you never know. Could also be a clogged drain on the passenger side

Edit: https://volvoforums.com/forum/volvo-...0-xc60-105635/ check here for other possibilities too

thanks Dingus...it is not coolant just water. So I'll check the A/C drain as well as any other drains I can find. Thanks again

Default Windshield leaks on XC60's since 2010

Check your seal on front windshield. We had water on our knees and hands dripping and it was from a leak on the front drivers side. But it might be a leak on passenger's side. Let me know what you found

hi Blanch:
In late April I removed the shroud that meets the windshield at the front. Actually there is the windshield, a shroud and a small plastic ridge that separates the windshield from the shroud. It had fallen away. anyway I was able to reattach it with the help of silicone and it seems to be fixed. After I ensured it was not from the a/c condensate the front windshield seemed to be the most logical place to look and voila...problem solved. Thanks
