We constantly have a problem with the cabin air filter getting wet and have replaced it twice in the last three months. Our Volvo dealer had it in for a full day running a variety of test on it and could not find the cause of the problem. Their solution was to write to Volvo but they don't know anything either. We put 239,000 on a 2001 S40 before trading it in on the XC-60 and 66,000 on the 2012 C70 I drive and have never had this problem. We have also noticed that when we turn on the defroster on the XC-60 it immediately fogs up the windshield instead of clearing it. Has anyone else had these problems and if so, is there a solution.
