XC 60 Gas Mileage
Hello,
I have a 2015 xc60 drive E and the Mileage I get is average 22mpg even on trips with eco mode on I get 24.9 at best. just wanted to see if its my car or if this is typical? the car is rated for 26 city and 31 hwy.

reset it recently and it is averaging 21.9 with my wife driving. Also is there a trick to the power outlet to work my two in the center console do not work when I plug I my phone charger? Also my tire is looking almost flat and the TPMS are registering anything. UGGGH.
