Question 2008 XC70 Cuts power, P0190

My 08 XC70 will lurch on acceleration briefly. It used to just be a hiccup but now its getting bad enough that i'm immediately checking my mirrors to see if I'm going to get rear-ended. I'm seeing a code P0190 (fuel rail pressure sensor out of range). At first I assumed it was a clogged fuel filter, but the parts store guy said he doesn't think this year has one. I see other posts online for other years/models about replacing the fuel pressure sensor. Can anyone confirm this has no fuel filter? Any chance its a bad pump or relay? I got burnt pretty bad on my last car by just throwing parts at it so I wanted to get some feedback first.

Just went thru same issue. Replacement of Fuel Rai Pressurel Sensor is simple job. Got one on line for 35.00, cleared issue and running good since. No Fuel filter on '08, V70.
