So one day out of the blue my wipers went on full speed and would not turn off , I unhooked the battery and they functioned fine for about an hour then had to do the same thing.

After a few cycles of this they stopped working completely so I assumed my wiper motor was toast.

FAST forward to today when I replaced the wiper motor and still have nothing.

I have power going to the 2 outside wires on the wiper motor plug, that power doesn't change weather or not the wiper switch is on or not. When I removed the wiper fuse I lost power to one of those wires. ( not sure if any of that is important just might be useful information)

Is there a wiper relay that I can not find (haven't found in any of my research) , I have found a "multifunction control relay" under the main engine fuse panel (location 9 in image)

I'm out of ideas as to what to try next besides replace the multifunction relay in hopes that is my wiper relay. Please help lol

xemodex seems to think wiper problem can be caused by the CEM.
