now on my third quart and in the midst of an oil consumption test with my volvo dealer. No leaks or drips. First 2 quarts in the less than 4000 miles, oil changed at 6500, another quart down at 9500.
Smoke is dark from the exhaust. oil on the dipstick is not clean.
What do you all think?

bad rings or valve seals.... your blowing all your oil out the exhaust. pull your spark plugs also, what do they look/smell like?
