ABS module

Just replaced the ABS module in 2001 xc 70. All the same warning lights and warning message still appear. Do the codes need to be cleared and if so how?
Any help would be great.

The codes do need to be cleared otherwise the 'brain' will think there is still a fault.

They are cleared by an OBD11 reader with ABS capability.

Yep. You can try an Autozone or local auto dealer to see if they can clear the codes for you, otherwise you will either need to buy a code reader and do it yourself, or take it to the dealer.
