DTC P0453

What does a P0453 code mean? The generic description is "P0453 Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch High".

Is there something I should investigate/fix related to this? 1998 V70XC.

It is part of the evaperative system.
There is a Valve mounted to the Cooling fan check all hoses from the valve back.
