Default Headlamp OUT

Ok. Yesterday, I removed the front bumper to install a custom lower condenser protection net. After reinstalling the bumper. Making sure every front lighting works. Low beam, fogs, park lamps worked fine until a few seconds later the low beam both side shut off as the same time. I have a aftermarket HID kit installed, so i tested as the original plug from the vehicle which before was a halogen bulb. So I plug in the H7 bulb, light did not work. So there isnt any Input to the regular H7 light bulb. I'm thinking it could be something with the CEM central electronic module located at the driver side kick panels. But I only drilled a 1mm hole into one of the PIDs or the plastic fuse looking thing to create more resistance so the bulb failure indicator wont flash/or stay on because HID kits run at lower voltage. Any ideas tech or anyone?

Drop the Cem down and check the Shunt for the low beams.
Look good for melting/burnt marks on the Cem/Shunt.
