Default How do I remove my driveshaft?

I'm having a difficult time removing my driveshaft on my XC. (I need to replace the u joint). I can't get to all of the 6 allen screws that hold each end the shaft to the transmission and rear end and I can't rotate the driveshaft to access them. Am I missing something simple? I have the entire car up on jack stands to have more working space underneath. I thought spinning the wheels would rotate the shaft but no such luck. Thanks for any help.

Is it in Neutral?
It is something that gets overlooked very easy.

Thanks Tech. That worked and I managed to get the front coupling off, and I got the back flange off, but it seems like something else is holding the rear into the torque tube. Do I need to bang on it or is there something else I am missing?

The viscous coupler also has screws holding it to the rear diff.
Remove the torque tube then the viscous coupler as well.
