Default Information or advice

Hello All, Thinking of buying an 03 XC70 AWD with 105k on it, pros and cons? I presently have 91 740 we purchased new has been a great car overall. They are asking 10k--reasonable? Thank you in advance for any thoughts or imput.

I've got to think $10K is significantly high.

Is AWD a must? If not, I'd say you can buy more car and less headache for your money with FWD. For example, I just saw a 2005 V70 with 34K on it for only $15K.

gforce, my mom has had her 03 XC70 for about 4 years now, and she is loving it. I'm not sure about common problems with that particular year though.

The only thing I didn't like is that it didn't turn as sharp as my 740. Then again it's AWD. There is going to be some give and take with AWD Vs. 2 wheel drive. Oh, and BTW, it's amazing in the snow.
