Default turbo removal

Is it possible to remove the turbo from the 2.4 L engine? This is a 1999 V70AWD. I know it is possible but is it practical? The is a problem with oil leaking from the chamber near the radiator. Some type of brass vent tube. The 2 inch pipes to an from the turbo are caked with oil residue. What do you think.

If you do that the car will be really slow.
Fix the problems you have and go from there.
A little better description on what wrong and we might be able to help you fix it.

1. Yes

2. Is it practical, NO.

Your car is made to run with a turbo, so removing will affect the car and its drivability. I suggest what TECH suggests... Fix the problems and move on your way.

Or sell the car and buy a non turbo model.
