Default loose lug bolts

I have a 2001 XC70, 75,000 miles. Twice now, after wheel rotation (by the dealer) some lug bolts have come loose, stock wheels. I noticed it from a slight noise when coming to a stop while lightly applying the brakes. I retorqued them and rechecked several times, some have required a slight tightening. After several checks they are staying torqued. My torque wrench is accurate to about 2%. I am going to call the dealer and ask them when was the last time they had their torque wrenches calibrated. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Mike

Most dealer techs use torque sticks. Most do not use a torque wrench.
