MAF error code - found rubber cab split

Default MAF error code - found rubber cab split
I've been getting a burning rich code and MAF error while looking at it to fix I found a rubber hose cap after the MAF sensor with a tear in it. The part is after the MAF and on the air cleaner body by the battery. What is this part called? I attached a photo.

I can't find this on any parts diagrams I've found for the air cleaner canister for 2009 XC70 T6

I found a picture and think it may be a vacuum hose
