Default Are my cams properly aligned? Pics inside:

I purchased a 2000 v70 xc with a snapped timing belt. Upon reassembly and installation of the belt I noticed my exhaust cam may be off a hair. I replaced the cams I had with used units purchased from a forum member. The original cams were coated with a layer of caked on filth and didn't seem reusable. The exhaust cam I purchased was chipped on the end where the holding tool attaches. The owner had made me aware and claimed it should not cause problems. It seems my homemade cam holding tool was able to hold the intake cam just fine but may have allowed the exhaust cam to rotate very slightly due to the chipped off casting.
Do I need to modify my tool and reinstall the belt or will this suffice? From some perspectives it seems ok and others perhaps not. I know the chipped end makes it hard to discern. Feedback is appreciated!
