passenger seat belt won't release
i have a 03 xc70. the pass. side seat belt on door post won't release. the dealer said needed a new one. tried removing the retractor on the floor to give slack, no good. any ideas? also, looking for aftermarket belts and came seat belt with air bag senor? thanks,
