Default Puzzling Coolant Leak - UNDER Passenger Compartment

Hello All, I'm grateful for any help forum members can provide in helping me locate the source of a coolant leak, sometimes intermittent, sometimes steady.
My car is a 2014 XC70 T6 with about 125K miles

- The coolant (I can tell from the smell) drips under the front side passenger area. I put the car up on jack stands, removed the splash guard and looked thoroughly for indication of a leak within the engine compartment. I found nothing. Hoses seem supple and there was no apparent buildup of coolant anywhere.
- I removed the plastic trim from alongside the center console and pulled back the compartment and found not a hint of moisture.
- I can see where the coolant drips to the ground. (Photos Attached)
- As an inexpensive precaution I today replaced the coolant reservoir cap. There's no change.
- This leak comes and goes without any rhyme or reason. It was NOT present the last couple of days. Today after a short drive (<10 minute) with the internal climate control set to 62 and the fan on low I could smell the coolant leaking. I reached my destination and there was a steady leak and puddle forming. Even now, the car is parked in front of my home and the coolant continues to leak though the car has been parked for >2 hours.

All suggestions welcome. Thank you in advance. -Jim
