Default Question: xc60 d5 twin turbo

Hi there,

Above all, I'm sorry I have to ask a question here about XC60 (no board on XC60...why?).

I recently bought XC60 D5 2010 (twin turbo) in Seoul and have a question.
XC60 is great except for one bothering phenomena during driving. When I off my foot from the accelerator it is to cruise smoothly but it sometimes autonomously increases the rpm(from 1000 to 1500 roughly), especially in downhill. This makes a small pull-back feeling. This bothers... The dealer says it is normal for D5 Twin Turbo diesels (same for S80 etc.). Is this really normal phenomena? It bothers... What do you think?

Thank you in advance for your comments.
