Default Should I change my Transmission Fluid

I have a question about my Transmission Fluid. My V70 XC has about 110,000 miles on it. The Transmission Fluid is dark. When I went to my Volvo Technician, he said I should not change the fluid as its a 50/50 chance it could cause problems. The transmission is fine, its just the color of the fluid I am concerned about.

What do you guy's think?

Transmission fluid should be changed at least every 50k miles. Get a flush kit with instructions if you're not sure/confident about the job.

Your transmission fluid should be a red color. You should absolutely change your transmission fluid like BTBricked said. If you feel uncofortable doing it yourself, I would try to find a garage that has a machine that does it for you. Iam uncertain of pricing, it will take half an hour at the most.
