Question Surging on freeway?? Please Help!

Well I just got my 1998 Volvo XC70 Cross Country. It has 98000 miles on it and I just noticed a little glitch that I dont know what it is.

The problem:
While on the freeway going from 60-70 MPH I experience a type of surging, where the car seems to cut out a little bit even though my foot is steady on the throttle.

Does anybody have any ideas of what this could be?? Thanks for the advice in advance!

The turbo control valve has been known to cause an issue like that.
You might also want to clean the throttle body and idle motor.
