tilt broke

the lever that is released to make the steering wheel tilt is broke off at the dash line and wont move. How could i get the wheel to move up & down?

Sorry somehow overlooked the post.

You will have to replace the Handle or try using Pliers to loosen it an dmove it to where you need it and tighten.
