during the summer I had a few times the car would have a hard time starting. But now the cold weather is here it wont start in cold weather. I hear so much about the antenna ring. But if this is bad the car wouldn't turn over? car turns over have new interstate high amp battery in it. where should I be looking

 

when you say "won't" turn over - do you get any cranking, a click etc? What happens if you try to start with a jump?

there's several vids on youtube talking to what fault codes and symptoms you'd get with the antenna ring problem -
I think the first thing is to determine if you have a battery drain/cabling issue, starter issue or the immobilizer (the antenna ring being related to the immobilizer). When you turn the key to start - do any of the lights dim?
