05 XC90 radio turns on/off and Nav is dead

05 XC90 radio turns on/off and Nav is dead
Hi There
New to the forum but have an issue that I can't find the answer for. My Radio turns on then shuts off right away and I noticed my NAV is dead. I have tried to eject the DVD under the seat but it won't pop out. I have read that if you disconnect the NAV/GPS then my radio might turn on. I cannot find how to disconnect the GpS under the seat or how to remove a dvd that won't pop out.
Fuses under the dash are fine. #9.
