Default 07 Volvo XC90 3.2 l possible vacuum leak or bad bearing on the AC compressor?

So probably a few weeks ago I was out of town and my car seem to start up and run for roughly 30 minutes to an hour and then as soon as I would turn on the AC it would switch almost like a damper or maybe it was the pulley kicking on for the AC compressor and the bearing within is beginning to seize up.
I noticed at times I could switch on and off the AC and trip it and it would stop and go away.
Also it was slightly throttle related because I know I could hit the gas a little even before that and it would trip it and stop it originally.
Now collectively neither one of those will trip it or free it up from the highest pitch whirring noise you could imagine.
I've examined the back side of the engine where there's the gap in the firewall it seems to be coming from the bottom side of the belt area possibly I'm unsure if there's a vacuum down there that might have a leak as well.
Any help for previous experience with this issue would be appreciated before I just break down the driver's side tire well it's a pinpoint exactly where it is.
I inspected also from underneath the car and it seems to be coming up inside the bay above the drive shaft from the back side of the block and or pulley system.
When I took down the engine tray that was the section where I was getting the loudest source of the noise
