Question 2005 XC90 2.5T Leaky Condenser Coil

2005 xc90 2.5T Leaky Condenser Coil.
I have found a leak where a backet attaches to the air conditioning condensor unit, the top passanger side of the unit.
It appears to be a straight foreward, reasonbly doable job removing the condensor coil.
My questions are:
1) Can I take the unit out and have someone weld a fillit around the bracket to stop the leak? and save money. How do I find a shop that welds aluminum?
2) After I reconnect the unit, can I take it in to have it flushed, dried, and recharged? Do I have to purchase the oil and sealant?
3) Is there anything important I'm missing here?

typically if you messing with the AC system, there are hallmark items that should be replaced at the time of repair. its been a while, but I seem to remember the last time i did an AC job, I took it to a shop, had them evac the system, then when I replaced the parts, (compressor/drier/anything else that came with the kit) I took it back to the shop, they did the addition of oil/freon, and pressure test.

Of course I will look at all resouces, looking for the best deal, and consider local/internet purchases. I just went to eBay, and they had a kit, next link. imho, I think if stuff like that is listed, there is probably a need out there for it.
