When it rains hard my wife's leg gets wet from water coming from between the upper part of the door and the body.

I have inspected the rubber seals and they look fine to me.

Dealer wants $300 plus tax for the two seals.

Wondering if there is someone here that replaced one and it stopped the leak.

Which one?

 

Have you checked the sunroof drain pipe beneath the A pillar cover trim and see if it is clogged? It is a common problem for older XC90 and it's easy to fix.
