Default 2006 HID upgrade BOW error

Ok so I had the hardest time trying to get my HID kit to work on stock wires, I kept getting the BOW and the lights would come on for 2 seconds and shut off "Yes I'm using 55W HIDs" After reading tons of forums I found that the cars computer can read if the headlight is drawing not enough power and for safety it will cut power off to the headlight. Well I thought having 55w ballast would resolve that issue "well it didn't"

So I then ordered a relay harness installed it today and Bam Hids now working like a champ, BUT I have the BOW light that is on the dash which sucks since now I cant see my fuel milage and est. fuel milage distance.

So like many others how can I get rid of the BOW error. can I install some kind of resistor in the stock headlight plug? In using wire harness all you need is one 12v switch I plugged in the stock headlight plug in to the harness as the switch and its working fine as a switch.

Another question why using the stock headlight plug as the switch is it not cutting power to the relay like it was when I tried to just do a plug in play way?

If anyone could help me out that would be great!

Thanks a lot guys.
