Replaced front calipers and pads now hearing a chirping clicking noise any suggestions . Could it be front stabilizer bar links? Hear a low speeds

 

I hear a chirping sounds as the wheel turns at low speed. Then I hear a clicking as I apply the brakes at low speed. Calipers replaced are not oem and pads are not oem. I heard that I should be used oem pads to avoid the noises.. any comments on this
