2008 Volvo xc90 low beam issue

2008 Volvo xc90 low beam issue
When I turn the key on both low beam lights come on as normal. When I crank the car up the right side low beam goes out. Replaced the blub and checked the wiring harness for any burnt wires. All looks good. Any clues?
