I have a 2011 XC90 that the passenger seat belt retractor keeps "ratcheting tight" for no obvious reason. It was replaced, but the problem started coming back in a few weeks. Replaced it again under warranty, but it continues to tighten up occasionally for no obvious reason. When this happens, we manage to unhook the seat belt, let it fully retract & then pull it fully extended before re-buckling the belt. Help!!!.
