I have a 2011 XC90, R-Design D5, with Premium sound.

Since purchase 16 months ago the USB connection to iPhone has worked perfectly

Just last week I was streaming from my iPhone in the morning and it worked fine, got back in the car after lunch, reconnected and it came me up with "iPod unreadable"

When I turn the input dial to iPod it says to connect iPod, recognises that I have connected, says "reading iPod" then "iPod unreadable"

Have tried two different iPhones, 3 different USB cables, including an original apple one. The USB connection still charges the phone and the phone recognises that it is connected to an audio output.

Connecting a USB stick with music on it works fine. Although on a completely seperate issue, it jumbles the track order of albums in folders, that is driving me a bit crazy too.

Anyone seen this sort of behaviour?
