Default 2019 XC90 T6 momentum codes P2096 and P016A

Hello guys! New Volvo owner here! I just got a 2019 XC90 and this car is sweet. Love it so far, it have 65k on it and last week the CEL came on and it was a vacuum leak. Volvo fix it and now a couple days after and not even a 100 miles after I got CEL on again and 2 codes came on. A p2096 and a p016a. P2096- Post Catalyst fuel trim, system too lean bank1
P016A- no description of this one. The car is behaving completely normal. Also all this happening after my 2 bumpers where repainted, not that matters but I will throw it here for just in case. Any insights on what this could be or any directions I should take? I’m a little worried that this is like an isolated problem or something that will keep happening. Also is this normal at this mileage range. Thanks in advance

P016A is saying the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor is "not ready" which suggests the heating element is either not getting voltage or has failed. Sounds like the next step is to test the front O2 sensor for connectivity and then test the heater circuit (note four wire O2 sensors have two wires for the heating element and 2 wires for the sensing circuit. )

Thanks for your input. I was thinking that it could be sensors, I read that they are a pain to replace. The dealer has the car since this morning and they haven’t give an update. Looks like I’ll be without my car for the whole weekend.

hey, they replace one of the sensors, they replace the gas receiver, the thing that you put the gasoline hose on, they replace that and don’t remember what else. The dealership from where I bought it took care of the bill so I don’t remember the details. I do remember that took awhile because it was high bill and the insurance took their time to approve. Anyways they did that and probably like 3-4 months after my a/c went out. They had to replace everything and it was a hefty bill, that one was on me 8k total. I still have it but not happy with all the issues in not so much time
