I just bought and installed rear audio jacks for the third row of my 2007 xc90 7 seater. Wiring harnesses were already present in the columns. No sound or control. The dealer tells me that I have an audio system from a five seater on the original build sheet and that there is no way to have the 3rd row jacks ever work! Any ideas how I can change this? Is the dealer right or are they just avoiding work?

 

I do not see why they would avoid work-they get paid. Probably rear jacks are not compatible, harness is there for upgraded audio if installed at the factory.
