I can't figure out how to get the third row to flatten. I can push (and hear click) and pull (and hear click) the bottom part of both right and left seats. I've watched YouTube videos and see in older versions, that part 8686428 may be necessary. I purchased those small parts but not sure where to place them. Upon further inspection, I don't think they are needed anyway on my model (2013).

Any ideas?

 

can you move the seat back/forth and look in the cushions for any debris? Years ago I had a similar issue and it turned out there was a popsicle stick in the mechanism from one of the kids LOL.

 

well, I did not see anything causing the issue (both seats) but the dealership did clean the tracks and lubricate the tracks/rails. Seats fold down perfectly now!

 

Did you ever figure out how to fold the seats?!?
