Default 97,500 maintenance- $300

I have a 2008, XC90, 6 cyl 3.2l. Im at 98,000 miles..havent had the car really looked at since the 60,000 maintenance mark. Had breaks changed, some plugs replaced and routine oil changes, but havent had much diagnostics done. I was looking and the details of this service, and to me it seem like its the services they do on the $39.99 oil change....Do you think its worth $300 to spend for the service.. or just go for an oil change and they do these checks anyway?
heres a list of what the service includes...Feedback appreciated..thank you!

Engine oil and filter, replace
Brake fluid level, check
Brake pads/discs, check
Check and adjust fluid levels
Driveshaft joints, check for wear/play
Driveshafts, check boots
Exhaust system/ check for damage leaks
Headlamp wiper washer, check/adjust
Power steering fluid level, check/adjust
Propeller shaft, pilot bearing and universal joints, check wear
Rear suspension, check for wear
Service Reminder Indicator (SRI), reset
Steering/front suspension, check
Time-based Reminder - Vehicles with temporary tire sealing kit, check and replace (Every 4 Years - if applicable)
Tires, check pressure, wear and condition
Top up engine oil
Windshield wiper/washer, check/adjust
