Tech...JPN Here it is Finally $300 Vunderkar
Well this is my $300 wondercar...
What do you think? I still have to put the moulding on the left rear door but other than that it is pretty much done...

Not bad at all. The only thing that is missing is the rectangular tail pipe extension. Other than that, the engine compartment looks like new and the exterior seems in good shape too. I don’t knowhow it lost the head/valve mechanism if taken such a great care. In general, a clean car does drive better.
The 850 never seems to fade. Even though the car is 11-15 years old, it still looks better than many of the 2008 cars.
Planning to have two 850s?

Thanks guys...actually having you guys here made it a lot easier. Yeah, JPN I may end up with another one ...if everything goes well I should have it Friday. If it doesn't I have this one that is spectacular...
Any of you guys ever remove a seat cushion cover? Underneath the sheepskin cover on the passenger side the leather is cracked. I want to 'replace that panel, but have never taken a seat cushion cover off before...Thanks again!

Wheels, I thought of the 'glue' thing...but is there a 'real' repair? Or, is Glue as good as it gets?....I just finished wiping out the trunk and adding about 7 more sound deadner pads to it...should make the car quieter...although I only drove it about 4 miles to my house...nursing it! Now it is going to be titled in my name and take place of my BMW as my daily driver in the winter months...Man this is a gorgeous car...I want to take it to the guy that sold it to me and see what he has to say...the paint was begining to oxidize, I machine buffed it top to bottom took me about 12 hours...Shines like a mirror...I think I'll also refinish the wheels and then I'll call it quits till my next project but then again I always say that...LOL

I was going to suggest the epoxy repair as wel....
Or, you could try embedding bent hard metal wire such as stainless steel in there.
Or, you may be able to heat that part while exerting pressure to "re-form" the part.
Tech, what else can we do?

There is no real fix for it. Mine is doing the same thing. I found a spare that was like that and slowly glued it all back together using gorilla glue. But still have yet to reinstall it. I was doing little bits at a time and letting it sit for 24 hours each time.
