Default Advise on 2016 XC90 good leasing number?

We're planning to lease a 2016 XC90 but I number offers I think are kind of high for a Volvo when there is another manufacturers offering better deals.
Car MSRP is 55,600

36 month term lease
12,000 miles per year
$696 + tax
$1,697.36 total due at signing

39 month term lease
12,000 miles per year
$678 + tax
$1,697.36 total due at signing

Any help on this appreciate it

Even with 30+ years in the industry unless I could see the buyers agreement and lease agreement I would have no idea. Just too many variables. The lease factor, residual factor, origination fees, termination fees, mileage penalties, etc., all factor into whether or not it is a good deal. The dealer still has to disclose the purchase price. Check that against truecar.com for an idea of how well you are doing there. Also, check it against a 5 year loan with the same down payment.
